MY STORY

I have over 20 years experience of working in and for the NHS. I started as an Occupational Therapist spending numerous years in clinical practice before moving into business/project management. I decided in 2021 to have a change and set up as an independent management consultant. I have a broad range of expertise including healthcare contracting, policy and management, performance management solutions, framework development (both governance and performance) and strategy development. This broad knowledge spans across multiple NHS sectors including acute, community and mental health.
